Questions and Answers

The discovery of a headless statue dating from Roman times that was in a well in the City is continuing to raise some interesting questions. Investigators now believe that the mutilation that the statue received was no casual act and occurred in the fourth century during a fundamentalist religionist period. According to Jose Luis Jimenez, the statute In all probability was of the Roman Goddess of Fortune. However the aura of mystery and intrigue continue to swirl around the piece until further examinations are made.
