Mont Sant is quite an experience - a breathtaking location and a high level of quality and service. The Gastronomical menu allows you to taste a variety of regional foods - almost as a series of starters.
I can't make up my mind whether this restaurant is better in the winter (dining next to the log fire) or in Summer, dining al fresco with blazing log baskets and a live classical trio.
For an extra special treat, why not stay for a few nights - the location is perfect and is a wonderful place to chill out.
