The Train
The train service in Spain is a very comfortable and generally affordable experience.
Whether you are looking to go into the countryside or the beaches using the 'Cercanias' (local-stations) service, or travel high speed from city to city using the ultra modern Alaris or Euromed service, Valencia and the community is very well connected with the rest of Spain.
More information about bookings, routes, prices and schedules can be found on the official Renfe website, where you can also book online:
Please note: For those of you who are looking to travel between major cities in Spain, it is advised to book in advance as these services are often very busy and it may be difficult to buy a ticket on the day.
