If the names Benn and Amy Coley sound familiar to you then the chance is that you caught one of the No Going Back episoders from Channel 4 featuring Benn and Amy's fantastic project, French Fusion.

The Channel 4 programmes may have ended (for now!) but the experience continues - their French Fusion hoilday centre is open to anyone to visit  (your Valencia Trader editor was one of the first guests and keen eyed viewers can spot him at dinner in the very first episode).

As the picture of their pool overlooking rolling French countryside testifies, there's a lot of fun and relaxation to be had at French Fusion. The fact of the matter is that they offer a whole lot more than just an opportunity to chill with friends and family (they encourage group bookings). Currently on offer are white water rafting (done it - you'll love it!), mountain trips into the northern Pyrenees (Benn comes into his own when leading treks such as this and you'll find his style undeniably charming as he comes across very much as one of the guests!).

Walking holidays are also a favourite as is surfing since Biarritz is just a few kilometres drive away. So if surfing holidays in France are your thing then you'll find this a good bet.
