Set in the small Valencian village of Novetlč surrounded by orange groves, olive trees, almonds and pine forests, Casa Chely is just 1 mile from the historic town of Xŕtiva with excellent road and rail links. With new roads being built for faster access to the coast, it is becoming a popular inland location for prospective buyers, with Alicante airport and Valencia airport little more than an hour away and numerous beaches just 40 minutes by car.

So whether you are seeking an inland break, or you have an interest in investing in property in Valencia, you would not go far wrong exploring the region of "La Costera".
